As a project and product manager at Cailabs, she brings her expertise to the development and commercialization of innovative optical solutions, that optimize the quality and performance of laser machining processes.

Mikel Gomez Aranzadi

Laser applications researcher at CEIT

 

Mikel Gomez Aranzadi holds a Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic and Control Engineering and a PhD in Engineering from the University of Navarra. He is a researcher in the Advanced Powder Metallurgy and LASER Group at CEIT, and his main research interests include the development of new industrial applications with ultrafast lasers. As a result of this research activity he has co-authored more than 10 peer-reviewed papers and several communications in conferences, and has co-directed two thesis in the field of ultrafast laser processing. At the same time, he has been involved in the participation and coordination of several national and international research projects covering both basic and applied research. He also lectures Industrial Electronics in the Master in Industrial Engineering at Tecnun (University of Navarra).
